A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please share the unboxing video clearly showing the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please share an unboxing video showing all received items and inform us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s).
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours with the unboxing video proof. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will assist with the process. In case of a wrong order placed by the customer, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Rejected or Denied Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel after dispatch, shipping and handling charges may be deducted before processing any refund.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
